La villa, costruita negli anni ‘60 in posizione panoramica su una collina, è stata reinterpretata nella sua estetica generale puntando all’enfatizzazione del gioco di volumi e ristudiando il rapporto tra l’interno, gli ampi terrazzi ed il giardino che si sviluppa su più livelli. Il paesaggio é integrato nel progetto attraverso le grandi aperture che creano vedute simili a quadri.
Al piano terreno, l’area benessere si sviluppa a contatto con la piscina esterna cui si collega attraverso una vetrata che si apre completamente. Tutti gli arredi fissi sono su disegno, così come i bagni, le ringhiere di scale e terrazzi, le inferriate esterne ed i cancelli di ingresso alla proprietà.

The villa, built in the 60s in a panoramic position on a hill, has been completely reconfigured in its general aesthetic aiming to emphasize the play of volumes and to balance the relationship between the inside, the spacious terrace and the garden which is developed on several levels. The landscape is integrated into the project through the large openings that create views similar to paintings.
On the ground floor, the wellness area is in contact with the outside pool through a glass wall that opens completely. All fixed furnishings are designed by the architects, such as bathrooms, railings of stairs and terraces, external gratings, the garden and the entrance gates to the property.
